Approximately 4.2 million people live in Sydney and its surrounds, creating a diverse socio-cultural patient base and a variety of clinical presentations for Sydney General Practitioners.
A range of training options are available for GP Synergy registrars to undertake training at locations across the Sydney region. For more information about these training options visit the training pathways page.

GP Synergy’s Sydney training boundaries extend across 10 Divisions of General Practice service areas (shown on the map and listed below) which includes numerous Local Government Areas (LGAs). The map below shows only an example of some of the locations of GP Synergy’s training practices – GP Synergy has a large number of training practices at any one time, with new practices continually joining our program.
