GPS Professional Development
The GP Supervisor Professional Development Program is a matrix of resources for GP Supervisors which includes education designed to increase knowledge of the General Practice curriculum and the education program delivered by GP Synergy as well as explore methods of clinical teaching to promote discussion of teaching and learning issues encountered by Supervisors and share possible solutions.
The program incorporates benchmarks for considering supervisor activity, which are informed by the Supervisor Advisory Forum, formative assessment of supervisors, Medical educators and their reflection of registrar experience, as well as from feedback from educational events.
